Meditating

Stress plays a huge roll in everyone's life, we can often become overwhelmed by it and this can affect our life.  The goal of this training is to use different techniques designed to help mitigate negative amounts of stress.  We will cover breathing, meditation, stretching, exercise, nutrition and even social media.  We are all busy with family, work and education; take some time to make sure you are taking care of yourself so you can be the best version of yourself and become an even stronger, more positive human.
