Duration: 30-45 minutes

Round 1 or Warm-up: 5 minutes continuous work, rest as necessary

Jumping Jacks x 20

Prison Squats x 10

Supermans x 10

Push ups x 10

Leg Lifts x 10

Round 2: 7 minutes continuous work, rest as necessary

Deadlifts (something you could do for 10 reps) x 3

Bar Hop Burpees x 5

MB Slams x 10

Round 3: 7 minutes continuous work, rest as necessary

Double KB Clean-to-Thruster x 6

Barbarian Rows x 16

Lunge with a Halo x 6, 3/side

Round 4: 7 minutes continuous work, rest as necessary

MB back toss-to-sprint x 6

Flutter kicks x 20

Plank hold x 15 count
